How we handle your data
This page covers two things: this website, and the AI systems we build and run for clients.

The short version
- This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
- The callback form does not send anything to our servers. It opens a WhatsApp message or an email in your own app, and we only receive what you choose to send.
- We use what you send us to reply, to arrange a meeting and to scope work. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to circl.agents@gmail.com.
Who we are
Circl is an AI infrastructure studio based in India. We build AI agents, workflows and the software underneath them for established businesses. In this policy, "Circl", "we" and "us" mean the team that runs joincircl.in. For anything to do with your data, contact us at circl.agents@gmail.com.
What we collect on this website

The site keeps one small note in your browser's session storage so the opening animation does not replay on the same visit. It is not a cookie, is never sent to us, and is cleared when you close the tab.
Services that see some of your data
Using this site or contacting us involves these providers. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
- Railway hosts the website and holds the server logs.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when it loads them.
- WhatsApp, run by Meta, carries any WhatsApp message you send us.
- Google Workspace and Gmail carry and store email you send us.
- Calendly handles meeting bookings.
Some of these providers process data outside India. We only use providers that apply reasonable security safeguards.
How we use it, and on what basis
We use your details only for the purpose you gave them for: replying, arranging a meeting, scoping and quoting work, and running a project you hire us for. Contacting us is your consent to that, and you can withdraw it at any time by telling us. We will then stop, except where we must keep a record by law, such as an invoice.
We may send a business email to someone whose work suggests our services could help them. Every such email says who we are and how to tell us to stop, and we stop when asked.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become a project: up to 12 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client records, contracts and invoices: as long as the law requires us to keep them.
- Server logs: only as long as our host retains them for security and fault finding.
Systems we build and run for clients
When we build an agent or system for a client, that system may handle the client's own customer data, such as calls, chats, orders and records. In that work the client decides why and how the data is used, and we act on their written instructions. The details are set out in our agreement with them. We give each system only the access its job needs, keep a log of what it does, and do not use one client's data to serve another. If you are a customer of one of our clients, contact that business first. We will help them answer you.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and similar laws elsewhere, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it,
- correct or complete it,
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it,
- stop using it, by withdrawing your consent,
- name someone to act for you if you cannot.
Write to us from the address or number you used with us, so we can confirm it is you. We aim to reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to the data protection authority where you live.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections, with standard browser protections against framing and injected content. We limit who on our team can see client and enquiry data, and we use providers with strong security practices. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses. They are not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data about children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so on the home page.
